1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds/returns are not available for:
    • Customized or special-order items.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
    • Incorrect sizes chosen, a size chart is available for your information.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If a product is defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos/details.

3. Refund Options

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection and approval.
  • Online store credit may also be offered as an alternative.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part wrong item, defect or damage, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to product availability.
  • Price differences if any will either be charged or credited.

6. Final Notes

  • All refunds/returns are subject to inspection and approval by management.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return/refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
